Your three-day walking holiday to Eryri (Snowdonia) lets you discover and explore this beautiful national park, whilst always in the comfort of an experienced mountain guide. Our chief guide will lead you through three chosen scenic routes, aiming to inspire and motivate you to seek further adventures in walking the mountains of the United Kingdom.
The walking itinerary
Each of the three guided walks will tackle a different part of the mountain range, selected to suit the capabilities of the group members. Day one will take a slow steady approach to ascending one of the plentiful Eryri (Snowdonia) mountains. Day two will provide a similar ascent, and to hopefully glimpse another unique summit view. Day three will approach the navigation element of mountain walking. Our guide will train you in essential skills in mountainous navigation. You will not only get to explore another Eryri mountain under the close supervision of our guide. You will also take home a new set of skills that will make the mountains more accessible to you in the future.
Each walk will commence at 9am at the pre-advised start of the route. For those staying at the group campsite you will be able to follow the guide either on foot or in your own vehicle. Those staying at alternative accommodation will be advised in advance of the appropriate place to meet for each of the day walks.
The day is planned to end at approximately 4pm.
The camping itinerary
We will be camping in one of the dramatic Snowdonia valleys, selected according to the best weather available for our exploration in Eryri National Park.
Camping fees are included for the two nights spanning the three-day holiday. Any other accommodation will need to be arranged at your own expense.
Please arrive equipped to either tent-camp or van-camp, according to your preference.
Costs
The total cost of your mountain experience, inclusive of two nights campsite fees will be £240.
A deposit of £50 is required to secure your place, and the remaining balance of £190 by 31st July 2023.
